Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, at any time. Switching to annual prorates the remaining balance against the new term; switching to monthly takes effect at the next billing cycle.
When do Free plan limits reset?
Free tier limits - posts analyzed, topic suggestions, and profile recommendations - reset on the 1st of each month. You don't need to do anything; the quota refreshes automatically.
What happens after my trial ends?
You drop to Free. Your analysis stays. Your historical briefs and recommendations remain accessible, but new strategic briefs and unlimited analysis pause until you upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click, no friction. You keep Pro features through the end of your billing period, then drop to Free. Your data stays - delete it anytime from your settings or by emailing us.
Is there a refund policy?
Annual Pro plans include a 14-day refund window. Email us within those 14 days and we'll refund the full charge - no questions asked. Monthly plans don't have a refund window because you can cancel anytime and stop the next bill.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Will my data be deleted when I cancel?
Cancellation drops you to Free - your historical analysis stays accessible in case you come back. If you want a full delete, email privacy@linkediq.app and we'll remove your account data. See our privacy policy →
